At Global-Waves, we have adopted industry standard Project Management methodologies in order to ensure the successful implementation of your projects as well as ongoing post-implementation services.

Our Project Management methodologies are based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework, and the ongoing post-implementation service and delivery models are based on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Global-Waves is actively involved in both PMI and itSMF Canada.
